Dress is sleeveless, knee length or just below, elastic wasitband with a rope tie belt, scoop neck with ruffles around the neck line. The dress is designed to look as though it is 2 pieces. There is a ruffle layer at the elastic waist which looks like it is a skirt. There are light deodorant stains under the armpit areas and there are 3 light yellow spots on the bottom front of the dress.

There are 2 front pcokets and the sleeves have elasticized cuffs to keep the cold air from getting in. The jacket is waist length, maybe a little longer. There is light padding in the shoulder area.
