This is a fancy little thimble in silver metal with the front featuring an enameled crest that reads, "Virginia"…base reads, "17 Germany"…..about 7/8" tall and 5/8" base diameter..tiny crack under the crest…Tarnished will polish up nicely…Most of the thimbles have never been used just stored since we have closed the shop in 1991…..
