This is a fancy porcelain thimble has been hand painted " I LOVE KANSAS" (the LOVE is a HEART)…inside thimble is a house outline that has THI written on the inside of it……..measures about 1" tall and 3/4" diameter at base….Most of the thimbles have never been used just stored since we have closed the shop in 1991..
