Size 10:Ms. Sugar Cream/Teal/Fuschia Dress w/ Vest

Ms. Sugar…. Cream Upper Blouse Part….Teal/Fuschia/Navy/Gray Striped Bottom with a Teal Belt Dress & Detachable Teal Vest. Size 10. There are no tags to identify fabric; however, I believe this to be a poly blend! Dress does have fabric care tag for dress and vest: hand or machine wash warm, gentle cycle, drip dry or cool tumble, low setting, remove promptly, cool iron if needed. This dress is designed to look as though you’re wearing a blouse, skirt and vest. The top of the dress (blouse) is cream colored, sheer, long sleeve with 1 button on each sleeve for closure, lightly padded shoulders with a small eyelet chinese collar (collar has a small rope tie that can be tied in a bow should you desire) with 5 opalescent small buttons to mimic a buttom-up blouse. The dress has an elastic waistband with a thin teal colored belt attached. The bottom of the dress is teal/fuschia/navy/gray vertical striped and sits at or just below the knee. The teal vest has 3 small light blue buttons on the bottom for closure. The vest and belt are the same exact color and material (looks like suede, but they AREN’T!) Note there are 2 very light yellow stains on the (L) lower arm part of the blouse which I have not attempted to pre-treat and remove. Collar could also need some pre-treatment! Please note that this item is pre-owned and I try to identify any flaws; however, some may possibly be missed. In good, used condition.
