Elegant Creamer with under plate is VINTAGE Noritake Porcelain and is Hand Painted….the plate and creamer both have a solid green around the edge of saucer and top edge of creamer…..there is a stunning hand painted floral detailing….there is a swag type design around the top of creamer and inside rim of under plate….handle of creamer and outer edge of plate are both accented with real gold paint…..6 1/2″….diameter on under plate and creamer is about 3 1/2″ tall at spout area…..the mouth of creamer is about 3 1/2″ while the base is about 2 1/2″………. in good used condition.
