The Meriden Britannia Co. became part of International Silver in 1898, but some of their marks were used into the 1930’s. They stopped marking their holloware items “quadruple plate” in 1896. Coffee Urn with a Ivory handle on the spout. marked on the bottom Meriden B. Company Quadruple Plate 1921 on the spout MT Havden’s Pat Jan 9 1869..come with the little burner 2 3/4″ high..about 2 1/2″ in diameter looks like is has been lite maybe once.. the coffee urn 14″ high to the top of the knob on the lid from handle to handle about 12″ this is in very good condition for the age I see any wear down on the spout area and set of the rings at the bottom.. check pictures for details..
