Japan… Blue Luster… Blue Bird & Black Trees…. Covered Sugar Bowl. Unknwon Maker??? Marked on the bottom “Japan” in black letttering. This lovely covered sugar bowl measures approximately 5 1/2″ high (with lid on); 4″ high (without lid on) x 6″ wide (from handle to handle). Covered sugar bowl features a thick blue luster top border, blue luster double handles and a blue luster top on the lid. There is a blue bird with a red breast in flight, black trees and a patch of orange hanging from the black trees. There are no nicks, chips or cracks. Great piece to add to your Japan Lusterware Collection. In good, used condition.
