Jeanette Glass Figural “Elephant” Powder Jar.Here is a beautiful crystal glass figural “elephant” powder jar that was made by the Jeannette Glass Company circa the 1940’s-50’s.This glass Powder jar with the Elephant top measures 4 3/4″ high and 4″ in diameter..This is a nice old dresser jar that has the versatility to be used as a desk accessory as well. The round glass jar has a glass lid with an elephant for the handle. The elephant, with trunk up for good luck, is stylish with a deco influence. The bowl has graduated band design on the sides and the bottom is ringed. It is molded with a heavy mold seam on the lid. There is no evidence of a maker. No chips or cracks in good used condition..
