Sunrise 1929 – The Sunrise trademark was used exclusively in 1929 and 1930 by Sears Roebuck to advertise dinnerware. The Laughlin shapes sold under the Sunrise trademark were Republic, Yellowstone, Empress, Kwaker and Newell. The following advertisement appeared in a 1930 catalog for some of the Homer Laughlin shapes sold under the Sunrise mark.
