It is bright white milk glass with the trademark ruffled crest all around and it is a discontinued item. It has a nice ringtone when tapped and it features a silver tone center handle.
Unmarked; by Fenton Glass Company; the bottom of handle is marked “E”. The plate measures about 13 ?” across the top.
