Decanter Set:Blue/Clr Glass Gold Stripe Etched Star Decanter Set

Vintage…Retro… Turquoise Blue to Clear Glass… Gold Stripes…. Etched Star… Decanter Set….Decanter w/ Stopper & 5 Cordial Glasses. Unknown Maker?? This is a BEAUTIFUL set…looks like Bohemian, but CAN’T BE SURE!! Featured is a decanter with stopper and 5 cordial glasses. The glasses measure approximately 3 5/8″ high x 2 1/4″ diameter and feature turquoise blue glass half way down (the blue almost looks like lustre or opalescent); inside the turquoise blue glass are dainty etched starbursts, then there is a clear panel followed by a gold band, then below is all clear glass with another gold band at the very bottom. The decaneter with stopper measures approximately 13 1/4″ high x about 3 3/4″ wide (at widest part) and the mouth (where stopper inserts) measures approximately 1 3/4″ diameter. The dome shaped stopper is clear with gold at the very top. NOTE: There is some damage to the very bottom of the stopper (see photo). The decanter is clear at the top with a thick gold band at the neck followed by a clear panel and then a thin gold band, another thin clear panel, followed by a thick tuquoise blue glass (looks almost like lustre or opalescent) and inside this turquoise blue panel are dainty etched starbursts, then another thin clear glass panel, followed by a thin gold band, then a thick clear panel and finally a thick gold band at the very bottom. There are no nicks, chips or cracks, except the above mentioned at the very bottom of the stopper. There is hardly any wear to the gold trim (maybe a spot here or there) and the colors are nice and vibrant. THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL SET THAT WOULD LOOK GREAT ON DISPLAY AS WELL AS TO SERVE GUESTS!!! Great addition to any vintage collection. In good, used condition.
