This beautiful serving platter 11 3/4″ from handle to handle
It has the dark green crown between 2 crossed swords Rosenthal mark, underlined & then “Bavaria”. It also has “Handpainted” under the mark. There is a gold “89” to the upper right of the mark.
The Platter dates after 1921 & is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing in the finish. The luscious apples?? are framed with leafy branches & lovely flowers in shades of pink & rose with pink and yellow dusting around the rim and a gold trim . There is some wear on the gold edging as would be expected with this age.
