Hand Painted.. Porcelain Basket.. Happy 25th Anniversary. Basket is trimmed in platinum with silver bells, blue bows, pink flowers with “Happy 25th Anniversary” in platinum writing. Marked on bottom “Congratulations 1983 ENE Enterprises”. Basket measures approximately 4 1/2″ high x 4 1/4″ diameter. No chips or cracks. In good, used condition.
