Woman is holding apparatus in her hand and has a basket in front of her. She is wearing the traditional footwear of “flip-flops”. There are no cracks or chips. Used and in good condition.

I believe this dates back to the 50’s or 60’s and I’m not sure if this is all copper or copper coated. The bell does ring! This is a very nice vintage collectible; great piece to add to your collection! In good, used condition.
