Comes with assembly instructions..Gives you a list of materials and tools needed before starting, like glue, tape measure, pencil,sandpaper,coping saw, c clamps just some of the things..some of the parts in the box Clapboard siding, window and door parts, floor and roof, chimney parts . On the back page is the deed to the house.. To quote an old adage “If it’s worth doing at all, it’s worth doing right”. This, I think, is about the 1970’s. This would make a great house for any little girl..
