Stainless Steel… 13 1/2″…. Pierced Skimmer… Made in India. This stainless steel pierced skimmer measures approximately 13 1/2″ long and the diameter of the skimmer measures about 4 1/4″. There is a hole punched through the handle should you desire to mount this with your other cooking utensils. These are designed to remove froth & scum from stock and lift small pieces of fried foods from poaching liquid. No rust spots, but perhaps a few minor dinks at the very top! In good, used condition.
