Antique Victorian Milk Glass Dresser Bottle With Stopper Fancy
This is a large antique milk glass dresser bottle or cologne bottle made 1870-1890s.
Cologne was used in great quantities ,such fancy bottles were
a normal part of every ladies vanity table. This milk glass molded bottle has a fancy
floral and arabesque design with quite a bit of the gold on the top part of the bottle ,
that has now turned dark. The bottle also has it’s original fancy stopper.
The dresser bottle or decanter measures 9 1/2″high about 6″ in diameter in the center of the bottle
and was made 1870-1890s. These bottles are becoming increasingly
difficult to find, especially with their original stoppers in good condition. The top of the bottle has very rough edges I don’t see any chips or cracks in good used condition..
