All in good used condition with a few factory defects (few micro bumps under glaze) with the exception of one that has rough edge near the top of one of the cups, it is not a crack or chip though. Seal on bottom of plates read, “Hand Painted in Japan” and there is a circle around that with what looks like 3 stalks of wheat in the center.
Lovely set of lustreware…plates are about a 7.5″ diameter…saucers are about 5.5″ diameter and the cups are 2 1/4″ tall and 3.5″ diameter at mouth and 1 3/4″ at the base of cup….rim is a color changing, purple to gray with lovely floral design accenting them…

Company in what appears to be a walnut wood case. The door on the front has glass and on the inside black numbers on brass. Under the 6 Made in Germany.
Clock has Winchester chimes. The Chimes work fine.
Has the key and pendulum,and the instructions on the inside of the door
The small wooden pieces used for the feet are missing
and on the one corner in the back the wood need to be reglue also has some scratches..
On the inside on the brass works engraved in the brass Cuckoo Clock Mfg Co. Inc Germany.
Measures 16″ by 4 1/4″ and about 8 1/2″ high.. -

The coat measures about 19″ across (from underarm to underarm); 48″ long; 22 1/2″ sleeve length. There are a few very light spots on the inside lining on the bottom (see photo). I believe this coat is a cotton/poly blend. There is a tag on the inside lining that reads “specially hand made and fashioned bhy Maggie Sosky”. This is a GORGEOUS VINTAGE COAT IN A BEAUTIFUL SALMON PINK COLOR! There are no stains, tears or rips. In very good, vintage condition.
Martha (1898-1996), was Martha Phillips, who started her Park Avenue boutique in 1932. In time, her shop became one of the best known fashion shops in New York City. She eventually opened six stores, among them, a store in Palm Beach, Florida that was opened in 1945. Martha was joined in her business by her daughter Lynn Manulis. In 1993, the Park Avenue store was closed and Martha died in 1996 at the age of 98. The last store, the Palm Beach branch, was closed in 2003.
